These Terms govern your use of lexempireagency.digital (the "Site") and any information or services offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Lex Empire Agency (Pty) Ltd, trading as Lex Empire ("Lex Empire", "we", "us"), a copywriting and positioning agency for cybersecurity companies, based in South Africa. 2. Use of the Site
- You may view and use the Site for lawful, personal, or business purposes.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, misuse, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content through our form.
- We may suspend or restrict access if the Site is misused.

All content on the Site — including text, design, layout, graphics, and the Lex Empire name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Lex Empire and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission, except for ordinary personal viewing.

Any engagement between you and Lex Empire is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. Where these Terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that work.

Copywriting and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your offer, market, pricing, traffic, and execution. Any examples, figures, or case references on the Site are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future outcomes.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may reference or link to third-party services (for example, email or analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties. Your use of the contact form is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lex Empire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
